No appointment necessary - stop by the store anytime during business hours, or start your file online using our Remote Set-Up.

Yes. You can start your wedding file online, and each party member can submit their own measurements remotely using our Find Your Fit™ Measurement Tool - no one needs to visit the store in person.

No - the only thing we track in your wedding file is measurements for anyone who submits remotely. If you want to know who's stopped in to get measured or picked up their order, you'll need to check with your wedding party directly.

Use our Find Your Fit™ Measurement Tool to generate accurate suit measurements from home. Then fill out our Remote Measurements form. You will receive an invoice via email to take care of payment. We will have your menswear ready for pick up or shipped one week after payment is received.

Once menswear is tailored, we can't accept it back for an exchange - and since suit brands fit differently, there's no guarantee your measurements translate perfectly to every style. That's why we want you to try everything on before it's tailored, so we can make sure it's right first. If you're cutting it close to the wedding, our tailoring service offers overnight turnaround, so there's still time even with a tight timeline.

We guarantee all remote submissions are ready for pick up or shipped out 7 days after payment is received. Shipping is $19.99 to any address in the lower 48. For individuals measured in store and tailored through our alterations service, your pick up time will be arranged directly with the staff person who fits you.

We will steam out the suits, however the shirts will need to be pressed by each individual. They can be ironed right out of the packaging, washed first and then ironed, or taken to a dry cleaner.

Since we stock all the menswear for our wedding packages (suits, shirts, shoes, and belts), exchanges on untailored merchandise are easy. If your menswear was shipped to you, fill out our exchange form to get started. Note: we can only accept exchanges on untailored merchandise.

No - our wedding packages are exclusive to Halberstadt's West Acres Mall and aren't available at other Halberstadt's locations. Your wedding party can visit our store directly, or utilize our Find Your Fit™ Measurement Tool and submit measurements through our online form.
