You do not! You are welcome to walk in whenever convenient for you and let our staff know you’re there to set up your wedding’s menswear. They will then show you all of the options, guide you through your wedding file set up, and review next steps with you.

Absolutely! We are happy to organize everything for you remotely if you are unable to make it into the store. The entire wedding package process can be arranged remotely - simply fill out our Remote Wedding Set Up Form to start!

You certainly can. We are not able to guarantee inventory for menswear outside of our wedding package special, however we do have a custom wedding coordinator (Dalton Leaf) who can assist with setting up attire that is different from our package special. We do not. The only thing tracked in your file are the measurements for individuals who submit remotely. If you are wondering who has been into the store to be measured or who has picked up their menswear, you’ll need to reach out to your party directly.

We have a form on this website that you fill out with all of your information and sizing. You will receive an invoice via email to take care of payment. We will have your menswear ready for pick up or shipped one week after payment is received.

Once menswear is tailored, we are not able to take it back for an exchange. As with all clothing, suit brands can fit differently - and measurements are not guaranteed to translate to different suit styles. Therefore, we want you to have the opportunity to try your menswear on before it is tailored - as we are happy to arrange exchanges on untailored merchandise. Our tailoring service offers overnight turnaround times if you need to pick up and have things tailored right before the wedding.

We guarantee all remote submissions are ready for pick up or shipped out 7 days after payment is received. For individuals measured in store and tailored through our alterations service, your pick up time will be arranged directly with the staff person who fits you.

We will steam out the suits, however the shirts will need to be pressed by each individual. They can be ironed right out of the packaging, washed first and then ironed, or taken to a dry cleaner.

We are happy to exchange untailored merchandise, and can easily do so as we back stock all of the menswear for our wedding package suits, shirts, shoes, and belts.

We are not affiliated with the other Halberstadt’s locations, and your party cannot cannot purchase their menswear elsewhere for weddings set up through our West Acres Mall location. Other locations will also not be able to access your wedding file. However, a different location can provide your party with the measurements needed to fill out our online submission form.
